Services provided

aeronexaru offers director education, executive coaching, scenario workshops, and practical case study analysis. Services include facilitated sessions, downloadable materials, benchmarking reports, and confidential coaching records. We describe typical session formats and how confidential case materials are handled.

We may modify, add, or remove services and features. For significant changes that affect active programs, we supply case examples of impacts and transitional options to minimize disruption for participating directors.

Service availability may vary by program schedule, instructor availability, and platform maintenance. We publish expected timelines, sample contingency plans, and alternatives such as recorded sessions or rescheduled workshops for interrupted programs.

Rules of participation

Participants must follow professional conduct standards during sessions and when using aeronexaru materials. The rules below are illustrated with scenarios for clarity.

  • Respect confidentiality: case discussion details shared in workshops must not be disclosed outside the agreed participants.
  • No solicitation: participants may not use program lists or contacts for unsolicited commercial outreach.
  • Accurate attribution: when referencing workshop materials in external documents, cite aeronexaru and anonymize third-party data.
  • Constructive engagement: feedback and critique should be professional and scenario-focused to preserve a productive learning environment.
  • Compliance with laws: participants must not apply materials in ways that violate local regulations or corporate policies.
  • Fair use of materials: program resources are for enrolled participants and may not be redistributed without permission.
  • Reporting concerns: report breaches of these rules promptly using the provided contact procedures and include example evidence where possible.

User content and case submissions

Participants may submit case materials, scenario inputs, and feedback to support training. We describe ownership, licensing, and responsibilities with practical examples to guide corporate and individual contributors.

You retain ownership of content you submit, provided it does not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations. For example, corporations submitting anonymized case studies should confirm they have internal approval to share.

By submitting content to aeronexaru you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content for training, benchmarking, and program delivery. This license is limited to uses that support coaching and internal analytics and is illustrated with use-case examples.

Submitters are responsible for ensuring content is lawfully shared and appropriately anonymized. We provide checklists and scenario templates for safely preparing materials for workshops and publications.

If you request removal of your submitted content, we will evaluate the request and remove or anonymize content where feasible. Removal requests related to case studies will be handled with documented workflows and timelines.

Intellectual property

All aeronexaru proprietary materials, including curricula, case frameworks, and platform code, are protected by intellectual property rights. Participants receive rights to use materials for personal or internal organizational learning as set out in these terms and illustrated in practical use scenarios.

  • Do not reproduce or distribute proprietary training modules without written permission.
  • Do not reverse-engineer platform features or use them to build competing services.
  • Respect third-party IP included in case materials; obtain necessary clearances before external use.

Paid services and fees

Some aeronexaru programs are fee-based, including bespoke director intensives and corporate coaching packages. Fees reflect instructor time, customized case development, and benchmarking analytics. We provide sample pricing scenarios and cost components to help organizations budget effectively.

Pricing is published per program or provided in a custom proposal. Examples show standard workshop fees, add-on one-on-one coaching rates, and optional assessment reports. Corporate proposals include a transparent breakdown of deliverables tied to each fee item.

Payment methods and schedules are specified in invoices and proposals. Common scenarios include upfront deposits for course development and milestone payments for multi-session engagements. Accepted payment methods are detailed in enrollment communications.

Recurring subscription services, where offered, are billed according to the subscription terms in your agreement. We explain sample subscription plans, renewal mechanics, and how to request plan adjustments based on changing organizational needs.

Refunds are handled according to the purchase terms and the specific service agreement. For example, refunds for cancelled workshops depend on lead time and incurred development costs. We provide case scenarios showing refund outcomes under common cancellation timelines.

Cancellations by clients should follow the notice requirements in the service agreement. If we cancel a program for operational reasons, we offer alternatives such as rescheduling or credit toward future services, documented with illustrative case outcomes.

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Proposals indicate whether quoted fees include local taxes and provide examples for typical tax treatments in business coaching engagements.

We may adjust pricing for new enrollments; pricing for confirmed engagements is governed by the agreement in effect at booking. Examples clarify the impact of price changes on rolling subscriptions and multi-year partnerships.

Non-payment may lead to suspension of services and collection actions. We provide step-by-step remedial scenarios including notices, grace periods, and dispute resolution options to manage billing conflicts professionally.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect new services or legal requirements. Substantial changes affecting active engagements will be communicated with proposed practical adjustments and options to accept, modify, or terminate under the prior agreement terms.
